Funmilayo Temitope Adedapo is a seasoned Banker of over 13 years.
She started her career as a Cash/Telling with United Bank for Africa Plc in 2003 where she was involved in posting of clearing cheques, raising manager’s cheque, preparing of standing instruction, booking of loan and call deposits. She joined the service of Sunbeam Microfinance Bank Ltd in 2011 as the Credit Officer and had risen through the ranks to the position of the Assistant Manager, Head of Credit/Marketing. She has equally attended several seminars organized by reputable bodies.
She is a qualified Microfinance Certified Banker and an alumnus of the Federal Polytechnic, Ado Ekiti and she also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Calabar.
She is the secretary of the Board Governance and Nomination Committee, member, Board Marketing Committee, member Board Establishment Committee and member Board Risk Management & Compliance Committee.
J.S.T. Oluwaranti is a seasoned Banker of over thirty years.
He started his Banking career as an Assistant Marketing Officer with Efon Alaaye Community Bank Limited in 1994 and has since rose through the ranks to the post of General Manager before the bank metamorphosed to Sunbeam Microfinance Bank in the year 2008. He is currently the Managing Director/CEO of the bank.
He is a qualified Microfinance Certified Banker, an alumnus of the Federal Polytechnic, Ado Ekiti, Nigeria. He equally holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management and Finance from the Federal University of Technology, Akure. Before becoming the Managing Director, he was an active member of the Board Governance and Steering Committee, Board Establishment Committee, Board Credit and Marketing Committee and Board Risk Management/ Compliance Committee.
Pastor J.S.T Oluwaranti is a preacher of the word of God, an entrepreneur per excellent; currently the CEO of JSTO General Enterprises and the curate of Christ Apostolic Church, Chapel of Grace, Ado Ekiti. He has attended various leadership, management development, executive, banking and finance program in Nigeria organized by globally recognized Institutions such as the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Nigerian Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC). Financial Institution Training Centre (FITC), AFOSINGO and many other bodies. Most recently attended includes Effective Leadership Workshop, Microfinance Banking, Bridging the past, empowering a sustainable future for economic development, The New Economic Playbook: The Intersection of Banking, Policy and Technology; Transformational Leadership as a Panacea for Microfinance Banking Operations in a Changing Landscape.

Olusegun S. Adebayo is a seasoned Banker of over seventeen years.
He started his Banking career as the Secretary to the Managing Director in the year 2008, he later worked as the Cash Officer, Information Communication Technology (ICT) officer, Head of Credit & Marketing of the bank and has since rose through the rank to the post of Assistant Manager. He is the current Head of Systems and Operations of the bank.
He has attended various seminars organized by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Nigerian Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC), Industrial Training Fund (ITF), Nigeria and several seminars organized by reputable bodies in the banking industry.
He is a qualified Microfinance Certified Banker, and an alumnus of Osun State College of Technology, Esa-Oke, Osun State.
He is serving at different capacities of the Management and Board Committees ranging from the member of Management Credit Committee, Member of Management Assets and Liabilities Committee, Member of Management IT Steering Committee and the secretary of Board Governance and Nomination Committee.
Bayo Joseph Abereifa is an accountant with over two decades of professional experience.
He began his career with HLB Z. O. Ososanya & Co. (Chartered Accountants), where he rose through the ranks to become an Audit Senior.
He later worked with Arizona Topbrands Nigeria Limited, Lagos, as the company’s Financial Manager before joining Sunbeam Microfinance Bank Ltd, where he has served for over a decade. He currently heads the Internal Audit and Control Unit of the bank.
He is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and holds a Microfinance Certified Member (MCIB). He also serves as a member of the Board of Establishment Committee.
Esan, Olalekan Moses (Head of Risk Management and Compliance)
Esan Olalekan Moses brings over two decades of diverse experience in marketing, education, operations, and banking to Sunbeam Microfinance Bank Ltd. He launched his career in 1999 as a marketer with Rich-Rotoye Consultants in Lagos, building on his 1998 industrial attachment where he aided the Head of Training in organizing workshops, sales letters, and search proposals for Lagos organizations.
Early in his journey, he served as a classroom teacher at esteemed secondary schools, including Success Montessori High School, Step-Up High School, and Awosco Secondary School in Lagos State, as well as Bubendorff Memorial Grammar School in Adazi-Nnukwu, Anambra State. From 2006 to 2009, he worked as Operations/Account Officer at 5-Geotex Corporations on Breadfruit Street, Lagos Island. Esan entered banking in 2010 at First City Monument Bank (FCMB), Oke-Arin Branch, Lagos Island, thriving as a Loan Major Marketer for three years. He joined Sunbeam Microfinance Bank Ltd in 2012 as Secretary to the Managing Director, rising steadily to Head of Risk Management and Compliance.
A Microfinance Certified Memeber (MCB), he has attended seminars from top banking industry bodies. Esan is an alumnus of Yaba College of Technology, Lagos; Joseph Ayo Babalola University; and holds an M.Sc. and M.Phil in Business Administration and Management from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State. He previously served as Secretary of the Board Establishment Committee and currently holds the role of Secretary for the Board Risk Management & Compliance Committee.
