Adetunji Stephen Oluwadare Olabode is a seasoned engineer.
He has over two (2) decades of leading a team of professionals to develop corporate goals. He was at a time with Utility Borings Limited, Nigeria Bottling Company Plc, N-Core Engineering Limited, all in Lagos State. He later moved to the United State of America where he worked with the Polytan Associates PC East Orange NJ, USA; Parson Brinckeroff Inc Newark NJ, USA and Arbington Associates, PC Hamilton NJ, USA before he finally came back to Nigeria in 2004 to establish Drill Point Limited, Lagos where he is presently the MD/CEO.
He was appointed as the Ekiti State Water Corporation as the Executive Chairman overseen the Board and workers of about 600 at various locations in Ekiti State, Nigeria in 2011.
He is a Certified Team Leader in Bridge Inspection and Structural Integrity Evaluation; Certified CAD Operator (Microstation SE); Corporate Member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE); registered Engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN). He has equally attended training on Effective Management of Microfinance Banks.
He is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors; he had served as a member at different capacities such as Governance and Nomination Committee, member of Board Establishment Committee, Board Risk Management Committee and Marketing Committee.
He started his Banking career as an Assistant Marketing Officer with Efon Alaaye Community Bank Limited in 1994 and has since rose through the ranks to the post of General Manager before the bank metamorphosed to Sunbeam Microfinance Bank in the year 2008.

Pastor J.S.T Oluwaranti is a preacher of the word of God, an entrepreneur per excellent; currently the CEO of JSTO General Enterprises and the curate of Christ Apostolic Church, Chapel of Grace, Ado Ekiti. Dele Afolabi is a seasoned Banker with over fifteen years experience in Banking.
He started his career with the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce as a Personal Banker and Financial Analyst. Prior his joining Sunbeam Microfinance Bank, he had worked with Abundance Grace Investments as a Manager and Tax Consultants where he contributed immensely towards policy formulation of the company as well as providing advice on Investment and Tax preparation for Business and Individuals. He came back to Nigeria in 2012 to establish Aphed International Ltd where he is the MD/CEO.
He holds a PhD in Management Science from the Federal University of Technology, Akure – Ondo State, Nigeria. An alumnus of Ondo State University (now Ekiti State University), he holds M. Sc in Monetary Economics from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, Diploma in Finance and Office Management, Canada, Investment Funds in Canada Certificate (IFIC) and Canadian Securities Course.
He is a currently the Chairman of Board Risk Management & Compliance Committee and a member of Board Credit Committee.
Kolawole Joel Babatunde is a seasoned professional and accountant of over two (2) decades. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and a Certified of Risk Institute, Atlanta Georgia.
He started his carrier as Senior trainee with Olaniyi Titiloye & Co. in 1992, he later joined Kehinde Oshagbemi & Co. in 1995 after which he moved to join Clear View Optics Ltd as the Accountant of the company all in Lagos in the year 1997. Progressively, he moved to Minna to join Olawale Shorunke & Co. as a Manager in the year 1999 before he eventually joined the team of HLB Z. O. Ososanya & Co. in Abuja in the year 2001 as a Supervisor. He has since, rose through the ranks to become a Partner and a senior one till date.
Olowookere Akaniyenne is a seasoned teacher with over 30 years experience both within and outside Nigeria.
She started her career as lecturer in 1992 at the Police Training School, Nigeria where she taught the new recruits in sociology, psychology and criminology. She proceeded to join Kabo Air Limited in 1994 where she was engaged as a customer relation executive. In 1997, she served briefly with UAC Foods, Lagos as Customer Service Inspector before joining Prex Limited, Lagos in 1998. She later joined GMT Tradewinds, Lagos in 1999 as Administration officer/ Personnel Assistant. In 2001, she was engaged as Team Assistant at the World Bank Group, Washington, DC, USA. She is currently the president/CEO, Salvation Investments Network, LLC, MD USA.
Academically, she holds Masters +30 credits (MSPC), Master of Arts in Teaching (John Hopkins University), Advanced Professional Certification (MSDE), Bachelors in Psychology (University of Lagos), Advanced Biology Courses (Excelsior College, Albany, New York), Standard Professional; Highly Qualified; Biology 7-12 – MSDE Certification among others.
She is equally a teacher of the word of God and was approved by the Central Bank of Nigeria as a member of the Board of Directors of Sunbeam Microfinance Bank.
L.O. Ogundele (Esq) is a seasoned legal practitioner with decades of experience in the Nigerian legal industry. He began his legal career as Counsel-in-Chambers at Amana Chambers, Legal Practitioners, Minna, Tola Odunbunmi & Co., Legal Practitioners, Lagos, and Demola Olowoyeye & Co., Legal Practitioners, Lagos, where he acquired extensive practical and professional exposure.
In addition to his legal practice, he served as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration and Management at Federal Polytechnic, Ado Ekiti, contributing significantly to academic development and legal education. He has published several scholarly journals and is the author of notable legal textbooks.
Ogundele Ojo Luke is an active member of the National Executive Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and the Nigerian Bar Association State Disciplinary Committee, Ekiti State. He also currently serves as the Legal Adviser to the Federation of Efon Alaaye Students’ Union.
